A national scholarship scheme for meritorious students from economically weaker sections, awarded on the basis of a state-level exam taken in Class 8.
NMMS provides a scholarship of โน12,000 per year to selected students, continuing from Class 9 through Class 12, to help meritorious students from economically weaker sections continue their education without financial stress. Selection is based on a state-conducted written exam held once a year for Class 8 students.
Because seats are limited and competition is state-wide, focused preparation in reasoning and core subjects makes a real difference to a student's final rank.
